Overall, there are three things you need to do in managing femoral acetabular impinges:

  1. Make Adjustments to Sitting Position
  2. Modify Activities
  3. Work on Hip Mobility and Core Stability (I hate this term 🙂 )

Keep in mind surgery actually may be the best option if conservative care doesn’t work. After all, you are usually dealing with a structural change in the anatomy.
